Terms and Conditions of Entry

Promoter

1. The promoter is Sara Lee Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 33 650 567 641, 90 Railway Crescent, Lisarow, NSW, 2250 (Promoter).

Entry restrictions

2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over located in Australia.
4. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

Promotion periods

5. The Promotion commences on the 15th September, 2024 at 0900 (AEST) and closes 27th October, 2024 at 1700 (AEST) (Promotion Period).

Eligibility & How to enter

6. To be eligible to enter the Promotion an entrant must:
   1. During the Promotion Period:
      1. Purchase a Sara Lee Waffle Pack plus any other Sara Lee product in a single purchase
      2. Enter your details online at www.winwithsaralee.com.au and upload a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Winners will be notified instantly when they enter online.
   2. Entrants must retain the physical invoice used to enter into the Promotion until all prizes have been announced, as proof of eligibility for entry.

Limitation on entry

7. There is no limit to the amount of entries an entrant can submit as long as the entrant meets these Terms and Conditions. 1 entry for each qualifying purchase.

Prizes

8. There are 150 prizes to be given away in this Promotion: 12 x AUD$1,000.00 Cash Prize, 13 x AUD$500.00 Mastercard eVouchers and 15 x AUD$250.00 Mastercard eVouchers, 45 x AUD$100.00 Mastercard eVouchers and 65 x AUD$50.00 Mastercard eVouchers. The total prize pool is AUD$30,000.00.
9. Prize winners are randomly selected via automatically generated selection. Drawing Approval (No. 1426)
10. The cash prize will be awarded in the form of a bank transfer into an Australian Bank Account nominated in writing by the entrant.
11. eVoucher prizes must be taken as offered and are non-redeemable for cash or other goods. The Promoter takes no responsibility for the terms and condition of use of the eVouchers, as set by the issuer.
12. Winners will have their initials and state announced on the Sara Lee Promotional website at www.winwithsaralee.com.au by 30th October, 2024.
13. If any un-won or unclaimed instant win prize/s remain unclaimed, a prize draw will take place at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, 3207 on the 31st October, 2024 at 2.00pm to distribute them.

General Terms

15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an entry and the eligibility of an entrant (including their identity, age, place of residence and proof of purchase), and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion (acting reasonably), to determine the identity and eligibility of the entrant.
17. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
18. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
19. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
20. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of this Promotion, including the eligibility of an entrant and the determination of any winner, is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
21. Should an entrant's contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of a prize. The Prize value in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian dollars and includes Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
23. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate, subject to (if applicable) the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
24. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non Excludable Guarantees).
25. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Privacy and use of entrant’s information

26. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice, in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
27. The Promoter is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The entrant's personal information may be disclosed to representatives and agents acting on behalf of the Promoter or assisting the Promoter in the administration of this promotion.
